Not sure how many votes I can get here, since it doesn't look like the majority of you really likes music much, but I'll try since naming one song is easy enough for anyone........
After a certain point (not now), I'm gonna have to take requests because I don't have that many names in mind that are big enough that enough people have listened to.
My answer: Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now

Oh how I miss The Smiths...one of my absolute favorite bands in high school, then since Morrissey became a white supremacist I haven’t really been able to listen to them...it’s not really a moral thing either, I just can’t bring myself to, they’ve been ruined for me on some sort of innate/emotional level. I miss them but also not that much...several bands of their era were doing something similar just as well if not better. Still, lotta nostalgia for them...
The Headmaster Ritual.

Loving these new music threads Panic is my pick...... I wanted to make a best album of the year thread, (not going too far before...lol) but I don't know how many people can make one of those. There's 2 kinds of people. Those who stopped listening to music after Pink Floyd and 1975, and those who can only go up to a certain year.

How Soon is Now
HM to There is a Light That Never Goes Out and I Know It's Over
For recs you can look back at artists who did well in our album/artist polls.
I will recommend-
Radiohead The Beatles The Rolling Stones The Kinks Elvis Costello Ramones Arcade Fire Elton John The Velvet Underground Arctic Monkeys The Clash John Lennon solo Jimi Hendrix R.E.M. Pixies U2 Michael Jackson Neil Young The Beach Boys
Both based on what I personally like and what I think could get significant votes based on the tastes of our forum. It's best to not do ones like Queen where we kind of know one song will pick up all the votes.

I Know It's Over, when they reached peak Smith-ness.
