Okay how did I totally miss this poll?! I *love* this idea.
Follow-up question: how the fuck am I the only vote for Amelie?! That's quite easily Delbonnel's defining work and there were literally zero votes before me... Though personally my pick is A Very Long Engagement, I couldn't in good conscience let this poll end without a single vote for his Amelie work. The whole film is basically one giant Edward Hopper painting.

I generally like his work, but A Very Long Engagement blows the competition out of the water.

This guy never disappoints; love his compositions and color grades. A Very Long Engagement is some all time great work, but what he brought to the Harry Potter series in The Half-Blood Prince was pretty magical. He gave the film a really foreboding, dark tone and his use of striking symmetrical motifs added to the sense of unease. So yeah, i’ll go with that.

Every frame in Half-Blood Prince looks like a painting.

Inside Llewyn Davis is the crème de la crème but Buster Scruggs is up there too, and Darkest Hour is really underrated (say what you will about the film but it looks fantastic).
