Regarding Pulp Fiction, I mean yes, though I think it was a mistake to follow up one weird fake European woman (Angela Jones) with another real European woman spouting about pot bellies and pies (Maria De Medeiros).

Never understood the Moore criticisms in this movie. She's every bit as operatic and wild as everyone else. To me she's no more over-the-top than Melora Walters, who most people seem to really like in the film. Agreeeee. A perf matching and daring to match the immature, unhinged, kamikaze spiraling-out character - and I think I've actually seen more people in real life behave like Moore than Melora. EDIT more: it's a great example of a perf working in an ensemble but totally wouldn't work front and center.

I hoped it would win, as it's my #1, although I gave that to Clue for the purposes of this poll, but it couldn't keep up in the end.
