Tames first album in 5 years, and it was well worth the wait. I love how much he’s evolved over the years.
As of right now, having listened to the album a few times, my top 5 tracks are:
1. One More Hour 2. On Track 3. Breathe Deeper 4. Posthumous Forgiveness 5. Is It True
Going to be tough to beat this one for album of the year.

It's very good but there's something a bit underwhelming about it, especially coming at the end of 5-year hiatus. Mostly feels like second-rate Tame Impala, doesn't at all feel like an evolution from Currents and is almost a scaled-down back-to-basics type thing that is, don't get me wrong, quite good, but not on the level we've come to expect.
But maybe it'll improve the more I listen to it, as every Tame Impala has done in the past. I always need a lot of time to settle into the groove, and then I enjoy it much more.

I felt underwhelmed with the singles, but once the album dropped, everything flowed together for me. The last half of the album is especially very good. Only songs I’m not too big on are One More Year, Instant Destiny, and It Might Be Time to a lesser extent. Like you said though, Tames music generally gets better with the more you listen to it. As of right now, I do think it’s Tames most complete album.
