So I guess Ritchie will have to make another live-action Disney to make up for it?

That's actually pretty okay for The Gentlemen, considering STX only bought it for 7m. Also 1917 and Bad Boys are so close to 100m. www.the-numbers.com/daily-box-office-chart1 (1) Bad Boys For Life Sony Pictures $8,925,000 +154% -62% 3,775 $2,364 $95,569,165 8 2 (2) 1917 Universal $4,020,000 +127% -35% 3,937 $1,021 $92,103,309 31 3 N The Gentlemen STX Entertai… $3,720,000 2,165 $1,718 $3,720,000 1 4 (3) Dolittle Universal $2,740,000 +206% -56% 4,155 $659 $34,924,730 8 5 N The Turning Universal $2,510,000 2,571 $976 $2,510,000 1 6 (6) Jumanji: The Next Level Sony Pictures $1,705,000 +234% -22% 3,121 $546 $277,250,800 43 7 (5) Star Wars: The Rise of Sk… Walt Disney $1,262,000 +113% -36% 2,800 $451 $497,672,140 36 8 (4) Little Women Sony Pictures $1,200,000 +87% -27% 2,528 $475 $90,227,401 31 9 (7) Just Mercy Warner Bros. $1,085,000 +121% -34% 2,408 $451 $24,108,382 31 - (12) Frozen II Walt Disney $486,000 +146% -34% 1,750 $278 $467,749,568 64

I don't think there was any local sports or any big games on since we are a big sports city, and it was a Friday night, but still that seemed pretty impressive considering that its BBFL second week of release. I thought it was pretty good; although, it did go on a bit too long.

The fact that it's gotten the best reviews of the series is extremely impressive. Sounds like it's a good time, and audiences are responding accordingly.

I'm honestly shocked Doolittle even made this much money.

I'm honestly shocked Doolittle even made this much money. Clearly enough people were interested in seeing a farting dragon.
