Map to the Stars was the most Freudian film I've ever watched.... Still not recovered from it, honestly.
Continuing the theme, any "Jungian" movies come to mind?

I know Kaufman makes films with Jungian themes, but like... I don't know nearly enough about Jung to identify others. I'll say Synecdoche New York and leave it at that favorite instance of full frontal female nudity?

Probably when Chester 'finds' the Continuum Transfunctioner in Dude Where's My Car? It's so perfectly in keeping with Jesse and Chester as characters, that that is how it's found.
Favourite final few seconds of a film (not end credits of course).

no shortage of great choices but I'm going to shout out the closing captions of Army of Shadows reading how everyone in the car ends up dying. Overlaid with Eric Demarsan's chilling "20 Octobre 1942," the scene elevates the final seconds of that tragic story to something approaching outright horror.

That scene when despite him treating her so terribly, Alex was nice enough to come around to Dan's and leave him a nice Rabbit Stew, she was even sweet enough to heat it up for the family and everything.

Favourite kill in a slasher is a crazy difficult one for me. I could do a Top 20 without stretching my brain. I'm going to give the nod today to the puppet scene from Nightmare on Elm Street 3.
Fvavourite joke in Airplane!
