I don't know which one is worse : self-partnered or conscious uncoupling?π Those pseudo intellectual celebrities are ridiculous ππ€£π

I mean, if you're happier not calling yourself single because the crushing weight of being unloved and unwanted is too much for you, that's fine. But don't call yourself "self-partnered," it sounds like you have a literal romantic relationship with your right hand.

We all used to self-partner quite a lot when we were in our teens, didn't we?

That's exactly me but 'self-partnered' sounds weird though.

Nice! When my aunts ask me during the holidays if I'm seeing someone, I'll just say I'm self-partnered.

Can someone be partners with himself?
Is that even a relationship status???
I kind of like it, though. You're not a 30 year old "forever alone"... You're self-partnered.

We all know Watson would have a boyfriend if she really wanted one. Ignore the haters and just do you, girl.

That's exactly me but 'self-partnered' sounds weird though. Yeah, the whole statement in context shows a head on her shoulders. There is tremendous pressure to get married, get a career, get everything settled for the rest of your life. But "self-partnered" is such a silly phrase that I'm wondering if she meant it as a joke. "I'm partnered with myself, bitches, so gtfo."

Hot people don't have pressure to be in a relationship because everyone assumes you just haven't found the right person and that's why you're single (whoops, self partnered). If a normal person tried to tell people this everyone would just laugh and call them a loser.

That's kind of a stupid description, but let's not act like Emma Watson is unwanted. There would literally be a billion guys more than willing to "partner" with her.
