Here's a possibly fun exercise -- list the best performances in the careers of Oscar-winning actors from year to year. We'll start with the incumbent class of 2018:

Olivia Colman - The Favourite (doubt anything she does will ever top this, but you better believe she's also my 2011 winner for Tyrannosaur)
