Maybe it's just my jealousy but I so don't get all the hype around Ana de Armas. She's not even that hot. And not all that great in Knives Out. Okay, I'll run now

No. The definition of soup says that it has to have meat, vegetables or pasta in it. Cereal is none of those things.

Is a taco a sandwich.

No. The definition of a sandwich says that it has to have two slices of bread. A taco does not have this component.

No remotely. Doesn’t even have the merit of debate like a hotdog or burger does (both of which are not sandwiches).

No remotely. Doesn’t even have the merit of debate like a hotdog or burger does (both of which are not sandwiches). Wait, why isn't a burger a sandwich? Two reasons in my opinion: 1. If you went to a buddy’s house and he asked “do you want a sandwich?” and you said yes so he go to the kitchen a bit and then comes back with a burger, you’d be like “why did you bring me a burger and not a sandwich?” 2. Pretty much every menu universally at any restaurant separates the section for burgers vs sandwiches and wraps. And if they are in the same section is still labeled as ‘Burgers and Sandwiches’ or something.

And if they are in the same section is still labeled as ‘Burgers and Sandwiches’ or something. For me, those two reasons are more a result of how burgers have become culturally identified as something distinct from a sandwich and how that distinction has been socially accepted, but doesn’t really get at how exactly they’re different from the perspective of, say, an alien visiting earth wanting to know why they’re different haha. Fundamentally, they still involve two pieces of bread with meat and other stuff in the middle (though meat isn’t a necessary condition for a sandwich).

A burger is a sandwich and a hot dog is a taco and if you disagree with me, you're wrong and you should feel bad.

Also, if you go to fast-food places, often times on the menu you have the option of getting the combo or "sandwich only" even under the burger section.
