The right winner from an almost A+ bunch.

I don't even recall which one I chose in the end for Make-Up / Hair, but they were all worthy to varying degrees. I’d have been happy if anything but the bubble gum blob alien won.

Yeah, I think the cinematography was about the only thing about that film that I didn't dislike. So I can live with this.

Yes, to not giving it to slow pan shot the movie.
Also amazing winner on its own merits.

Just going to reuse my Production Design response...
"Bad Times at the El Royale should have won, but any love for The Favourite is good love."
At least Widows didn't win.

The Favourite is sweeping quite a bit. Not exactly a surprise but still lovely to see.

Well I wasn't convinced it would win here...how wrong I was. It seems likely it may win another three before we're done.

First Ref deserved! but The Favourite was great too, and next best. “All I know is, your carriage awaits and my maid is on her way up with something called a pineapple.”

Sometimes you need to be able to like something more than once. This is the win of the night as far as I'm concerned.

I would have gone with Lively in a heartbeat, but Debicki would be next. She was the one truly special thing about that film for me.
