Yeah for hugh. Now he just needs rhat cherry on top....oscar nod. An Oscar nom seems unlikely as much as I would love it to happen. The academy usually doesn't go for genre films, not to mention being released in March, could hurt any chance it has.

You could have been a bit more specific, but yeah I could see Jackman getting a nom for The Greatest Showman on Earth, depending on how well received that film is, of course.

Probably helps that it's an unconventional horror film.

But seriously, if 'Logan' turns out to be the only big-budget film to get a Best Picture nomination, you can bet that this is the film that I'll be supporting even though I know that is utterly futile.

Do you think that it has a chance of topping The Last Stand? It actually has a chance, although I don't think a 3X multiplier is happening.

Logan tops the box office with $85 million. X-Men Origins had the same opening back in 2009. At least it did better than The Wolverine which is the lowest X-Men opening ever.

Do you think that it has a chance of topping The Last Stand? It actually has a chance, although I don't think a 3X multiplier is happening. It doesn't even need to have a 3x multiplier to surpass The Last Stand. A 2.75x multiplier would be enough.
