Captain Marvel Dumbo Aladdin The Lion King (they're doing THREE of these things in one god damn year? ) Avengers: Endgame Spider-Man: Far From Home Toy Story 4 Frozen II Star Wars Episode IX How much money is Disney going to make this year, how many of these will make a billion, which one is going to be the Cooper Manning/Luke Hemsworth of the family?

And I’m gonna be at all of them. Even that bomb Artemis Fowl.
And it’s 4, because they’re launching Disney +, and that’s gonna have Lady and the Tramp.

And I’m gonna be at all of them. Even that bomb Artemis Fowl. And it’s 4, because they’re launching Disney +, and that’s gonna have Lady and the Tramp. As long as AMC has A-List, I'll probably go see them all too. I probably wouldn't see the superhero films or Artemis Fowl without it. The former just because I've missed so many of the other Marvel movies so far that I was going to watch them all one day and finally catch up, but I still haven't got around to it, so I'm just seeing the movies that are out in theaters first. The latter because there probably won't be much else out at that time at my local AMC. So I'll probably go see it just to use up one of my passes for the week unless it gets A Wrinkle in Time/ The Nutcracker and the Four Realms reviews then I might skip it figuring that even I'm not cheap enough to make my self potentially suffer that much. That's definitely going to be the Cooper Manning/Luke Hemsworth of the family though. I'm really excited about most of the other films even if they are shameless remakes because of Disney's marketing which has worked on my weak mind. Dumbo is going to make me bawl like a baby, but it's got Michael Keaton and actually looks pretty decent imo. I can't believe Tim Burton has made a film which I'm excited to go see because it's been ages since that's happened. Aladdin looks bad, but I'll go see it just to see if it's as bad as it looks, and if it is maybe it'll be fun in a campy way. I can't resist the pull of The Lion King because the animals look so real even though it's not obviously live action. I'm sort of worried about Toy Story 4 and where they can take it because I thought Toy Story 3 was a perfect note to end on, but I'll still go see it because I'm sure it will be entertaining even if it doesn't reach the heights of the previous three movies. Frozen was okay for me. It was fun, but I didn't get why it exploded like it did compared to Tangled and The Princess and the Frog which I thought were both equally as good as Frozen was. The teaser made me excited though that maybe the sequel will be more epic. Finally, I would see Star Wars: Episode IX even if I didn't love The Last Jedi because of my need to see all of the films.

And they're all gonna be at least 85% on RT.

Top tier
Frozen 2 is a sequel to a flawed but reasonably good movie, so... meh?
Toy Story 4 could be a lot of fun... but why continue the story when it so clearly concluded?
Middle tier
Captain Marvel looks pretty bad, but I'm willing to maybe give it a shot.
Star Wars IX is a sequel to a pair of crap movies that have been utter disasters. That said, I'll probably wind up watching it at some point since I really enjoy complaining about how bad these movies are, and I like dissecting the flaws and ask what I could do better. In the case of TFA, that was fix some structural issues and let the story flow more smoothly. Oh, and remove Han. With TLJ, it was completely rewrite the piece of shit and focus on the pair of good ideas that were in it: Expound upon the darkness inherent in the Rey/Kylo relationship and make both of them work for a better galaxy free from war and evil, becoming what they despise in the process. Oh, and I'd remove Luke and Leia.
Bottom tier
Why would I subject myself to any of the rest of this crap unless they get rapturously good notices from y'all? Critics can't be trusted with these things, and general audiences can't be trusted with these things. I see no point in subjecting myself to any of them.

Far From Home is Sony, not Disney.
I'm definitely looking forward to Captain Marvel, Endgame and Episode IX. Not too sure about Toy Story 4 and Frozen 2. Dumbo looks fine, couldn't care less about The Lion King and Aladdin looks like a dumpster fire.

Guys, I've been working super hard trying to discourage everyone I know from seeing The Lion King. From talking about how Disney is trying to make them spend $15 to see a shot-for-shot remake, mentioning how the original storyboard artists and writers aren't getting paid despite Disney regurgitating their work wholesale, to even bitching about the hell the animals are going to show much if any expression since Disney is emphasizing the realism of its animal models.
So instead of $1.8 billion, it'll be a cool $1.7999 billion.

Don't forget Kingdom Hearts 3. I know not a movie, but it's definitely going to sell a lot.

Half of them are the type to go see a Disney film a half-dozen times in theaters. The other half have girlfriends that are the type to go see a Disney film a baker's dozen times in theaters. I am the noble one of the group. I shall only see Toy Story 4 three times in theaters.

Star Wars Episode IX is the only must see in theaters for me. I NEED to see how this clusterf**k of a trilogy ends. Has there ever been a more mismanaged huge property in Hollywood?
Of the "live-action" remakes - Dumbo seems like the least horrible one to me.
Moneywise, I'm most interested in seeing how Capt. Marvel and Spider-Man will do. Eventually even MCU will have to deflate.

also they're a genuinely evil company so that kinda dissuades me

Will only be seeing Endgame in theaters . I wanna see how they kill Thanos and which of the Avengers die in the process.
The rest of the Disney line up really doesn't interest me tbh.

I'm an avid Star Wars fan, also a Burton fan. So I'll definitely watch Episode IX and Burton's Dumbo. Might also see Captain Marvel and that's about it. And they're all gonna be at least 85% on RT. That's so f*cking true.
