Washington is fine with me, but I'd infinitely more like to know what this movie will be about!
I'd actually hope it's not an action blockbuster. I'd really love to see the romantic thriller rumours to come true somehow.

I'm all for Robert Pattinson being in a Nolan film. Hope it happens .
And Pattinson has been pretty good at picking projects (not counting that awful Twilight bullshit of course lol) . He's putting together an interesting filmography .

Would love if it’s some sort of Heat-esque crime saga with Washington and Pattinson on opposite sides of the law. Regardless, great casting.

Very curious but JDW and Pattison doesn't sound 'innovative, action blockbuster' to me. I'd love to be proved wrong though.

What is wrong with this Nolan guy, couldn't he just uses the de-age technology on Denzel like they are doing for that grandpa movie coming this year ? J/K JDW and Pattison leading Nolan's next film is such an unexpected news but why not ? Wait & See. Hope I will like it more than his last film..

I'm so not a fan of Nolan, but this cast is aces so far.

Part of me wonders if the info about this film being a romantic thriller in the vein of Hitchcock might be true because I can totally see Debicki in something like that.

Fuckin' A. Debicki was the MVP with a bullet of Widows, and I've been anxious to see her get an opportunity like this for some time.

I was just thinking yesterday how worried I was about Debicki's career prospects after Widows "flopping" and The Tale completely overlooked. Excellent news and glad to see my worries were all for nothing.

Now i can totally see a romantic thriller but part of me tells that it will be a action and sci-fi mix à la Inception.

I’d love Nolan to slip in Mendelsohn somewhere in here. And Mark Rylance.

Though I have to say I'm not sold on Pattinson yet.

Well, for the older Co-Star I'm totally for Gene Hackman coming out of retirement and giving a sensational comeback for just one film Obviously this won't happen so bring on Mark Rylance.

I'd obviously prefer Pacino for that role, having worked with Nolan before, but it's not gonna happen. The guy is so busy you'd think he's 40, not 80!!
But for Rylance... Go for it!! Nolan worked with him in Dunkirk and the guy is A-list!!!
