Were you annoyed by the onslaught of Trump supporters who relentlessly teased the Hillary supporters? Well this is just as annoying I defaulted to Hilary because of Trump. Just as I default to Macron because of Le Pen. Annoying far-right wingers is not a concern of mine. France has just voted once again for the same losers who have been ruining the country for decades ! Uncontrolled immigration, rising unemployment, no go areas and increased terror attacks within a crumbling EU ... What a victory indeed !

i'm laughing at you. Duh. Were you annoyed by the onslaught of Trump supporters who relentlessly teased the Hillary supporters? Well this is just as annoying I cannot speak for Eric nor am I someone who would tease someone over political differences, but from the people I know who will do similar things it's a matter of retaliation towards the initial aggressors. They would like it to not be a thing at all, but that would require mutual agreement between both sides otherwise for them to not partake in it just allow those with some inclination to troll to funnel to the other side since the appeal of trolling is both the attention received from it and the communal support of fellow trolls trolling over similar things. If one side does not partake in what is now pretty much an online norm, then that's just allowing the other, louder voices to attract new members who are engaged online.

Oh and one more thing : I'm neither a socialist or a right winger (thank God) but I genuinely believe that Le Pen had the best plan for France here. Macron is a [terrible] continuation of Hollande : the worst president France has ever had.

I know you haven't attacked Eric, or at least I've never seen it. As I said, I can't speak for Eric specifically, just trying to talk a bit on a general trend I've observed as well with some liberals "counter-trolling" lately.

I'm not against trolling or teasing people about politics. As far as I'm concerned, it's just a bit of fun- if somewhat annoying. But I do think it's hypocritical to denounce the trolling of one side while partaking in it when the opportunity arises. I don't know whether he did denounce the Trump supporters or not in the past, but I just wanted to make that point.

Congrats to Macron. Not the better option between the two but certainly not the worst out of every candidate that ran. For what? For another five years for the same old policies that got us into the mess we're in ?

Reminder that civilized and enlightened societies can concern themselves more with the GREATER GOOD than the dumbest modern political idea of a lesser evil.

I'm not a fan of Macron, but France dodged a bullet here. I'll wholeheartedly concede that they're smarter than us now.

Congratulations France! Another splendid political choice! Since when will people vote for puppets like Macron who have nothing in common with the average laborer , who care nothing about their country and it's citizens, but only for banks and money and to choke the working class with neoliberal policies that only benefit a very small elite? I just cannot understand some people.
The problem with politicians nowadays is that they are so far removed from the common man and society itself that they don't even have the ability to grasp or understand the problems of their country and it's people, let alone fix them. So, the only solution is direct democracy now. Let the people make descisions for themselves and not vote for some stooge to make descisions for them. But, the so called "democrats" are allergic to direct democracy, which is the only form of true democracy and not a half-assed, bastardized version of it.

It's so sad to see the people whose ancestors ended the oppressive Ancien RĂ©gime with the French Revolution singing the EU anthem at the foot of a Rothschild man. They voted because of fear. Fear of the "fascist", fear of the "populism", fear of the free future.
