I just don't buy Rebecca EFFING Ferguson crying at freaking Jacob Tremblay scream-whining. My money is on Gyllenhaal. Yeah, Gyllenhaal seems to be the consensus. Tremblay is obviously just a joke.

What’s this news I’m hearing about someone screaming at mommy and making her cry? That's what I said when I heard about DOR yelling at Amy Adams all the time. Plot twist: it was Jacob Tremblay. The signs were all there. When Tremblay was still a kid someone should have made a movie of him playing an asshole child star who went around saying stuff like this, cussing like he was in a Tarantino movie, and saying "I own Malibu" Mel Gibson type stuff.

Hugh Grant seems to be the actual consensus. Ferguson has been seen on the red carpet and talk shows with Gyllenhaal and seems to have gotten along with him (yes, I know they are actors but there didn't seem to be any tension from what I've been able to glean). Grant is notoriously prickly to work with, especially to the laundry list of actresses he professes hates him.

I can see Hugh Grant say these words.

Goddamn it, this has more twists than True Detective's first season.

I just don't buy Rebecca EFFING Ferguson crying at freaking Jacob Tremblay scream-whining. My money is on Gyllenhaal. Gyllenhaal makes sense on paper but they were super chummy during the press tour. Also, no one actually believes it was Tremblay, it’s an obvious joke.

This is also a possibility. She was very carefully gender neutral in her descriptions

This is also a possibility. She was very carefully gender neutral in her descriptions I am no fan of Streep, but I'd be surprised if it's her. She's lasted so long in an industry that will immediately throw any actress under the bus regardless of their talent level for the smallest infraction, and I don't imagine she would've done something like this.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's Fassbender.

I've heard about equal amounts Gyllenhaal and Grant. Still laughing at Rhodora thinking the Tremblay comments are real

She could have lied about Grant during promotion, that's what actors do even when they had a bad experience.

She could have lied about Grant during promotion, that's what actors do even when they had a bad experience. Yeah, not sure why people are missing this point. It'd be very easy for her to be a "team player" while promoting and saying nice things or even seeming friendly with a co-star she hated. That's being professional and not wanting to create a reputation for being "difficult", and thus being blacklisted. She may only feel free enough to be open now about, on this press tour

My money's on The Rock. Seems suspicious to immediately come out with a supportive tweet to shield himself against any potential assumptions.

I'll put my money on The Rock. Seems suspicious to immediately come out with a supportive tweet to shield himself against any possible assumptions. I doubt it's The Rock. When he came out and made his statement, Ferguson followed him on Instagram. Unless it's just some weird convoluted plot where they are all lying and blackmailing each other, I got no choice but to assume Dwayne was being genuine and Rebecca followed him on Instagram because she appreciated him speaking out for her.

Apparently , man of the moment Austin Butler is getting standout notices for "stealing" the film as the villiain in this movie. Films like this always have a lot of hyperbole attached to early reactions, but still impressive how well Butler is keeping his momentum after Elvis.
He gets to do crazy shit from his first scene and keeps it like that til the end. Easily the performer that was having the most fun and it's kinda contagious to see.
