Wish she'd do original material again but I love Greta, and that cast is great so far. Looking forward.

Another one already?
Guys, there's more than one American actress over 60 out there, it's okay to call other people.

Honestly? I want that. Ronan, Streep, Stone and Chalamet in the same frame directed by Gerwig? It's as if my mind was read by Hollywood agents.
I don't think we need another Little Women adaptation. The 90's movie and this year's TV show were good enough. They should at least make it a present-day adaptation to make it stand out on its own.

Gerwig + that cast? Seriously, I don't care what the project is particularly, I'm there.

Has the potential to be really good, especially with that cast. The 90's version is great, but I'm also interested in this one.

Does anyone know if this is going to be a period piece or a modern version?

Guys, there's more than one American actress over 60 out there, it's okay to call other people. "The truth is, no one can do what I do."One of those gooseflesh meta moments.

Why does there need to be another version of Little Women again?
i know free Intellectual Propertty is hard to resist, but this is ridiculous and lazy, and hopefully it just kind of goes away.
Unless as someone said, you can do something very different with the material, like a modern update. Otherwise, it feels pointless.

With this and A Star Is Born, screw 80s nostalgia when you've got 30s nostalgia!

Great cast but the 1994 version is a perfectly fine film so this is unnecessary.

I'm all for Pugh getting more roles, but I can't find any excitement for the rest of the cast. Not sure what more you can do with the source material, maybe adapt something different from Alcott? Meh.

I love Saoirse, but something about this just makes me sign/eyeroll. There have been so many adaptations, and it just feels like such an "Oscar movie". I wish she and Gerwig were doing something more interesting.

With this and A Star Is Born, screw 80s nostalgia when you've got 30s nostalgia! Pop culture was probably better in the 30's than 80's, so at least that might be a positive trend.
