Emilia Clarke and Emma Watson come immediately to mind for me... So uninspired in everything. Agree with Clarke . She seems like a delightful girl but yeah , she's nothing special as an actress . Watson is another one who got lucky , although I admit that I was rather fond her performance in Perks but I think it had more to do with her character being so well written . Plus , she was incredibly charming in that one .

John Boyega
He wasn’t completely awful in Detroit though and he wasn’t even the worst of the cast in The Circle (which says more about his co-stars than it does about him).

yeah Emma Watson comes to mind. Seems like a fantastic person but totally stale and vacant as an actor. also Keanu Reeves

Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson, surprised they keep making Box Office Movies Well , he's not exactly known for his acting skills , is he ? That being said , he has a very charismatic and entertaining personnality + body of a Greek God and I guess that's why so many people are crazy about him. Some people just like watching attractive people on the silver screen regardless of their lack of acting skills .

Watson and Clarke are good picks but they don't pretend to be "great actresses" and I doubt anyone is.
Natalie Portman is much more offensive in that her only talent is being a terrible actress and she has an Oscar for it.
Also inexplicable is the critical hype surrounding Jessica Chastain (is it because she sorta looks like Liv Ullmann?) Her talent boils down to a love for great actresses (Redgrave, Huppert) she can't emulate. Seriously, she's about as compelling as her Twitter account or the soul-destroying "I went to Julliard" monologues.
Oh and I can't watch Eddie Redmayne (it's a physical reaction, like a rash) so I can't make a proper judgment.

Really?! Not even Scott Eastwood? lol he's the definition of nepotism . God I can't stand that little twerp . I'll also add Dave Franco . He is riding the coattails of his much more talented older brother and I can't stand him as an actor. Plus he's married to Alison Brie (so maybe I'm just envious of him haha ) but I haven't seen a performance from him that is remotely noteworthy.

Most male actors under 30... Recently, Dane DeHaan and Ansel Elgort are two that I find especially vapid.

I feel this turned from being 'actors with no talent' to 'overrated actors'
My picks are: Jim Sturgess Toby Kebbell Katherine Heigl
Just out of curiosity For those picking Clarke, have you seen Me Before You?

There are obvious choices like Vin Diesel and Dawyne Johnson. I think Chloe Moretz used to have talent, but she lost it entirely - totally unconvincing and self-aware on screen. I dunno, can't think of anyone relevant to cite here.

Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson, surprised they keep making Box Office Movies comedy is a talent... Kevin Hart is pretty damn funny (actually funnier IRL like in Conan segments or on his What the Fit show). And what's with people hating on The Rock? Dude deserved a nomination for Pain & Gain way more than Cooper's American Hustle nom.

I haven’t seen Eastwood in much but think Franco was good in The Room and Neighbors. I think this thread confuses average or below average talent with no talent. Every actor mentioned in this thread clearly has some talent.
