I got to say this post sort of strengthens my perception that your opinion didn't take into account the heavy handed obviousness of the trailer and that maybe you stopped reading after the first sentence? Side note : "It's been like 10 months" - Ummmmmmmmmmm Wait... a Three Billboards fan is complaining about heavy handed obviousness??? Maybe, but I'm guessing you don't really want to talk about that either sterling because that's 2 posts in a row where you have absolutely nothing to say about the trailer.........

It’s a fucking trailer for a horror film. It introduced us to the plot and established the mood and gave us some creepy images. It did it’s job. Either it makes you want to see the movie or not. It’s an advertisement. It seems it made most people who aren’t salty about last years oscars want to see it.

You're the one cursing and stuff out of the blue ...........but ok, if it made you and most people excited to see it, enjoy, maybe it's better than it looks from this trailer and I will enjoy it too. But if it looked better I'd just say "I'm no fan of Get Out, but this looks good and here's why______________?" Sadly, I can not say that but if you think last year Oscars have anything whatsoever to do with it............nah.

Then kept talking about how they stung.

Actually, no. The Oscars was brought up but significantly less than the content of the trailer.
But sadly you have nothing to say about that all. Maybe that's because you see trailers as advertisements only, while I see them as potentially insightful into a film's content.
I think that's just a difference between us. I mean I'm sure you're a nice person though.

I'm sorry you feel that way and I'm sorry you misunderstood my sincerity. Perhaps you should go and please, enjoy your Christmas.

I previewed the #US trailer earlier this month w/ @jordanpeele, who said: “It’s important to note that this movie, unlike GET OUT, is not about race. Instead it’s about something I feel has become an undeniable truth - that is the simple fact that we are our own worst enemies.” t.co/3QLnO9nVJlFYI if you are still wondering about the symbolism.

I'm no fan of "Get Out" but I quite liked what I saw here. Visually looks much more confident and interesting than his debut which was flat in that regard.

Looks really freaky and eerie. I'm looking forward to this.

You see rabbit head between two heads. You see ears and red bleeding eyes. I know rabbits deal with Easter and we all know what that means. Also, rabbits have been in religious paintings and it means rebirth....fertility.

This might be super early, but a potential nomination for Lupita for lead actress.
I kind of wish Daniel Kaluuya was in this. Would be nice to Peele/Kaluuya be the next Scorsese/DiCaprio duo.

Love that trailer. Looks terrifying, and more of a straightforward horror film then Get Out. Also the use of slowed down, creepy cover of for I Got Five On It is genius.

Something random I just noticed (unless I'm being racist), Lupita Nyong'o and Winston Duke applauding Peele in the front row: I was clicking the play button cause thought there was more to your post. Not sure how that is being racist.
