I think First Reformed is my favorite right now, but I need to see it again to say for sure. I also need to rewatch Thoroughbreds, Hereditary, Star Is Born, and Mission Impossible before I can comfortably list my lineups.
but here are some sure bets to almost definitely stay in my top 5s:
best actor Bradley Cooper - Star Is Born Ethan Hawke - First Reformed ~~also strong~~ Daveed Diggs - Blindspotting John David Washington - BlacKKKlansman
best actress Lady Gaga - Star Is Born
supporting actor Jonah Hill - Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far on Foot Alessandro Nivola - Disobedience
original screenplay First Reformed
adapted screenplay Disobedience BlacKKKlansman
original score Hereditary You Were Never Really Here
film editing BlacKKKlansman
costume design Black Panther
makeup & hairstyling Black Panther
visual effects Annihilation
original song "Shallow" - Star Is Born
no real sure bets in supporting actress, cinematography, production design and sound yet. Looking for Suspiria, Roma, and The Favourite to rock my world, and for First Man to at least make a splash in my tech lineups. I'll check back at the end of December.

Best Supporting Actress: Thomasin McKenzie, Leave No Trace Explain. I think she is borderline. So i decided to go with the critics groups.

I think she is borderline. So i decided to go with the critics groups. I don't see how she's even remotely borderline. Foster, sure, because he's so internalized to the point that we don't even really know what he's thinking . . . but the entire film is from Tom's perspective and about her coming to grips with the world that her father denied her being exposed to, and it's about her growth. Critics' groups are just dumping her in supporting because she's a child actress and that's how Bleecker Street is angling to get her nominated.

It's just that we get some perspective from Tom and next to nothing from Foster. To me she is not a clear lead but i don't disagree with anyone who says she is lead.

I have Foster lead as well, but my point is that neither one supports the other. It's about their journey together. But if there were a case where you had to pick a sole lead, it'd be McKenzie and not Foster. He's rarely on screen without her, and she has several scenes without him.
