Without a doubt, yes. Definitely. It’d help lessen the incarceration rate and it’d be a huge economic boost. It’s also been proven time and time again to be way less harmful than beer and even cigarettes. I’m so glad my country has decided to legalize it. I’m for decriminalizing all drugs, but open to legalizing them as well.

Let the states decide. Federal government doesn't get a say since there's nothing in the Constitution about drugs. Same goes with all drugs: let the states decide and abolish the DEA.

Absolutely. Legalize it, regulate it, and tax it.

I like the Colorado model. Put most of the money spent killing brain cells into education. I love it. I hope my state follows.

yes but also fuck the stoners who go on and on about this as if it's, at all, that important of a cause Well a huge number of people die as a result of the drug war and the drug trade being pushed underground, but that's not what the stoners care about.

I live in a state that currently decriminalized it. So I personally wouldn’t mind either way. But I will still probably concur on letting the states decide at best. Some populations in the majority (per state) just felt different about recreational usage than others, depending on given circumstances. So why not at least try to respect that notion? Medical usage is probably as good as it can get on a federal level. Just my two cents.... *shrug*

I cannot argue this. Marijuana not being legal for so many years will be written into history when it is eventually legal worldwide.

Yes, but people who act like marijuana has no legitimate downsides as a drug are full of shit.
