The Help, but it's close.

The Help, but I couldn't explain why. I guess, more likable characters+better acting. Being take place in a workplace took away some of HF's warmth and the story felt a little bit more forced.

The Help by far. Best ensemble of the last decade, absolute tearjerker which is well written, extremely well acted and crafted excellently.

Maybe I'm biased because I went to see Hidden Figures with my mother and we had such a great time (even though I'm not big on inspirational films). I also prefer the setting, premise and historical aspect of Hidden Figures.

I think Hidden Figures is a better movie, and yet... I'd probably watch The Help again first What an ensemble.

Love both but Hidden Figures slightly takes the win for me.
