Why are the ratings shockingly low? The viewership for this show leaves a lot to be desired :/

Because people are stupid and this is a smart show, I actually saw some Hilary haters going on and on trashing the show . Also this season? They probably get enough of this in the actual news

Because there are people like me that can't get into shows at a one episode per week rate and wait until the series is finished to binge the hell out of it. My kind has killed so many good tv shows

My kind has killed so many good tv shows I never had that issue with short shows like Veep, I usually multitask when watching it...like eating dinner But if the show is longer than 30 minutes per episode than it's a big problem, it's Friday and I have yet to see Feud and I had to binge Big Little Lies in one day during weekend

Because networks are notorious for cancelling shows with such dismal ratings at the drop of a hat. I mean, the same cable pulled the plug on Vinyl...for obvious reasons

This is good news, honestly. Glad the show-runners knew when to pull the plug before it was too late. And hopefully this means everyone involved puts a great deal of energy into the final season, considering how unenthusiastic the latest season was.

I assume it will be all about the campaign then. Winner won't really matter as they won't explore it afterwards.

Jonah marrying his step-sister is pure gold.

Yep, new season premiere was surprisingly awesome. Glad to see them picking themselves up after a middling sixth season, hoping they can sustain it and go out with a bang.

Another strong episode tonight, but uhhhh, we better be gettin' more Rhea Seehorn.

I really hope this ends with Jonah being elected president.

Last episode was pretty hilarious. The Jonah scenes are so wonderfully cringey. Really hope Timothy Simons finally gets an Emmy nod this year.

I have no idea what’s going to happen in the series finale and I’m honestly pretty bummed that it’s already almost over, but this has been a blast to watch and an amazing final season. Even if the series finale somehow sucks, this is easily one of my favorite tv comedies of all time.

Veep writers once again showing GOT how to do a final season right. Really excellent finale tonight. Totally soul-crushing, and it couldn't have been any other way.

Great finale. It did not diasapoint and stayed true to the show.

What a fantastic ending. Hilarious and yet fitting for everyone. And the nod to the pilot with the Tom Hanks (Philadelphia 2!) was just great.
