For me, I did twice. One for Plus and New Game. I practically 100%ed the game collecting everything. Sadly, I can't do the multiplayer shit so no Plat for me. 
But still, I think it's a great achievement to get everything that's counted on the single player.
I'm currently doing Uncharted 4 on Moderate collecting everything then going to Crushing.
