2 steps away from being a communist? He's a considered a centrist when you look at countries in Europe, especially the Scandinavian ones. The Scandinavian countries aren't socialist and the Danish Prime Minister openly replied we're not socialist to Sanders comment of them. I'd also like to know policies of his is considered right wing or centrist because all I see is left wing positions and looking at his past like praising Nicaraguan bread lines shows sympathy to communists. This video explains it better than I'm able to.

-he's anti crony capitalism I believe those are things a libertarian could get behind . Bottom line : Bernie Sanders is socially libertarian: Let the people do as they like without harming others without the government interfering. Bernie Sanders is politically libertarian: Let other countries do as they like without harming others without the American government interfering. Bernie Sanders is economically a democratic socialist: Get rid of all of the help that big business is getting directly from the government at the expense of the taxpayer, and use that money to look after its citizens in the form of a social safety net, universal healthcare and education. -he wants to cut the military significantly since he's a non-interventionist
Yeah and use that tax money to fund welfare programs that libertarians hate. -he opposes U.S. foreign policy
He's openly supported socialist regimes in South America in the past. If he had his way he'd do what he can to support them. He also says he's not a pacifist. -he's pro-choice
This is something libertarians are massively split on. Austin Peterson is pro-life because he sees it as ending a life which directly violates the child's liberty. I feel the same so I'm not giving him credit there. -he's pro gay-rightsLike I said he'd force the Christian baker to make the gay wedding cake which violates the 13th Amendment. -he's anti crony capitalismYes and pro socialism and not social democracy. He openly stated in his Democratic Socialism site that in America they are unable to take control of the means of production. Which means he wants the government to take control of the means of production. Bernie Sanders is economically a democratic socialist: Get rid of all of the help that big business is getting directly from the government at the expense of the taxpayer, and use that money to look after its citizens in the form of a social safety net, universal healthcare and education.
Something libertarians (and myself) despise. Once again , I realize that it wouldn't be accurate to refer to Sanders as a "libertarian" but still one cannot deny there are some issues libertarians can find common ground with Sanders. Such as : Sanders was against the Iraq War and opposes getting involved in more endless wars, acquiring the support of veterans and veterans in Congress; Sanders is against crony capitalism and voted to audit the Federal Reserve, not only supporting Ron Paul’s original legislation, but also Rand Paul’s recent legislation ; Sanders is the only candidate who wants to reschedule marijuana and reform a broken and costly criminal justice system that incarcerates more non-violent individuals than any other country; Sanders is pro-civil liberties and opposes the NSA’s domestic spying program as well as the Patriot Act ; and he is for the rights of people who libertarians also support — gay people getting married, women making decisions about their own bodies and law-abiding gun owners having access to firearms. I mean isn't it still convincing enough ?

I'd vote again for Hillary. I still think Sanders took Russian money -but before I get jumped on it's my opinion. When the election 2016 is studied and all the questions are answered I hope all this comes out as to who had Russian help in their campaigns. Regardless IF they are Dems,Reps, Inds...it needs to be examined so it doesn't happen again. The media's part I hope is analysed too.

Ideologically I'm more in line with Johnson than any of them, but he was too personally unstable and ignorant about certain things. Not to the extent of Trump, but still not what you want from a president. So I'll go with Clinton. She would have been pretty ideologically neutral and at least a solid leader, as opposed to what we have now.

Sanders, although I'm from Vermont, so I may be a bit biased, a lot of his own views still align most with my though, and no I'm not a communist Dexter. I question anyone who votes for Trump however.

1. Is this post really necessary? We really should moved on from this by now.
2. What are your thoughts on Ron Paul or Rand Paul?
3. I guess to somewhat answer your question, Trump would still be my very last resort (as in not ever). And I still question anyone, regardless of political views, that ever voted for him. Or would do so again...

Ron is a bit eccentric and would have a hard time getting anything done, but I would have been fine with giving him a go as president. If Republicans wanted to "shake things up" he would have been an infinitely better choice than Trump.
Rand started out okay, but he's completely sold out recently after endorsing Trump, so screw him.

the best thing Ron Paul has ever done was that Bruno cameo His views on foreign policy are quite spectacular. Especially when compared to someone like Hillary Clinton.
