Pick who you feel gives the best performance of the nominees.

Portman, but I finally saw Christine this week and Hall is so much better than the nominees She nailed it. It's too bad A24 didn't pick it up. Or anyone but The Orchard.

I might just take this poll as my prediction when Oscar night comes. Our collective opinion might be very similar to the Academy's collective opinion.

I've only seen 1 of the 5 performances: Emma Stone. She wins it by default That said, it'll be hard to beat her, I really, really liked her performance.

Natalie Portman is by far the best performance in the category. Second would be Mademoiselle Isabelle Huppert.

Isn't uncanny how this year nearly mirrors the 1998 race?
Stone (Paltrow) Portman (Blanchett) Huppert (Montenegro) Streep (Streep) Negga (Watson)

For me, Huppert is on an entirely different level to the others. They're all good performances, Stone and Portman are both pretty worthy nominees and Negga and Streep give lovely performances too...but Huppert is the only one I have in my top five and the only one I'd be happy to see with an Oscar in her hand.
