A term created by THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN COMMUNITY themselves to express their disgust at self-loathing race traitors is racist for me to say? Nope, nice try. The term came about when white woman Harriet Beecher Stowe wrote Uncle Tom’s Cabin Besides nowadays it almost always comes off as racially charged and utterly condescending when a non-black calls a black person an Uncle Tom. Like they’re trying to put black people back in their place after expressing the wrong opinion. You don’t get to say it if you ain’t black. So many black people do not appreciate it when white people/other non-blacks use the term Indeed ..............basically it's just a label to slap on to someone to remove the need to address what they are actually saying Whitlock is on pretty solid ground in what he's saying about Oher imo.......though we'll see what comes out in court.....ya never know with juries - and that's why I'm living in Buenos Aires under an assumed name with this ridiculous fake beard .......

Plot thickens: The Tuohy family paid Michael Oher more than $138,000 from the proceeds of “The Blind Side” movie, according to documents filed in Shelby County (Tennessee) Probate Court, contradicting part of Oher’s lawsuit against the family.
Oher, in a court petition filed in August, said he received no money from the movie and that the Tuohys and their two children made millions of dollars off the movie rights.
But as part of the ongoing lawsuit, the Tuohys filed records with the court Wednesday showing they made payments totaling $138,311.01 between 2007 and this year.
After a 10% commission was paid, one-third of the net proceeds was paid to Oher, 37, the documents show. A check for $8,526.80 in 2021 and a check for $117.30 from 2022 have not cleared, according to the court records.www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/2023/11/09/michael-oher-the-blind-side-proceeds-tuohy-family/71524371007/
