Remember the whole thing about people fainting at Toronto during the screenings of Raw? Well I just read in a swedish newspaper that it happened now again at a swedish festival, and that they had to actually stop the film to get some fainted people out and clean some puke... it was a festival volunteer guy who described so he doesnt have any sort of bias towards the film. He also said that during the film he had to help some people who were walking out of the film and feeling nausea and looking pale. 30 people walked out during the break apparently.
I dont get it though, I saw it back in October at the Copenhagen film festival, and i saw no signs of anyone feeling unwell, everyone was just having a good time, enjoying the twisted humour of the film. And it isnt THAT grotesque so I don't understand how it can be such a problem. There is one scene where there is a pretty effective and unexpected gore reveal I guess, which i did feel slightly in my stomach, so might be that i guess... but still this whole thing confuses me.
I always assumed it was staged at TIFF, but I dont think they people actually puking.

I remember those reports out of TIFF. I'm curious about it.
