I cant recall, but I think Boss Baby's budget has been reported
As for Smurfs, I doubt it was very expensive at all and maybe like 80m-- Smurfs 2 live action was 105m, Smurfs 1 live action was 110m

Smurfs budget:
Smurfs 1 was a 124 million net budget
Smurfs 2 was a 114 million net budget
The planned Smurfs 3 (with a 2015 release in mind) had a much smaller budget in mind, 77.425 net targeted, a would totally agree with the 80 million number (not sure we will ever know those movie budget, making prediction about them a bit strange)

Boss Baby - Around 150m I believe.
Smurfs - Probably 80m.
These are just my guesses, though.
