My favourite working director. Birdman is my pick, it's in my all-time top 10, maybe even top 5. Like to adore everything else he's done.
10/10 Birdman
9.5/10 The Revenant Babel
9.0/10 21 Grams Amores Perros
7.5/10 Biutiful

If it wasn't for the boring 'RICHIIIIIIIE!!!!' segment, my answer would be Amores Perros. The first and third chapters are wonderful and Emilio Echevarría gives a very moving performance.
Ultimately, I chose 21 Grams but to me he's gone downhill after Babel.

Birdman. That and Amores Perros are the only great films he has made, but those are all time level great, really.
