Rank 'em also if you like. Will also accept Anakin's Betrayal as an answer. Refreshers in case you forgot:

Duel, Across, Battle.
The prequel scores are goddamn incredible.

Battle is easily the weakest. It's good, but nothing that special. Duel takes first, with Stars a close second.

Duel of the Fates no doubt.
Duel, Across, Battle in that order.

"Duel of the Fates" is the best thing Williams has ever done, in my book.

“Across the Stars” is my personal fave! It’s a great theme but the bridge with that descending melody and dark rhythmic section is especially delicious. Dramatically it does so much leg work...how much worse would Attack of the Clones be if it had a score like The Room. And the rendition in Ep 3 for Anakin/Padme on the balcony is peak “lemons into lemonade”
“Duel of the Fates” is the most fun to rock out to but has been memed so much that I rarely just kick back and listen to it anymore. But it is essential Star Wars, essential John Williams.
“Battle of the Heroes” I find interesting because it is sort of DotF redux in some ways but also moves some extra steps away from Carmina Burana. Also again, it is asked to do more dramatically. In the same way that people credit him for elevating the original Star Wars, I think he deserves a hell of a lot of credit for Sith being considered the best prequel. The last 40 minutes hinges so much on the music and is among the most effective continuous stretches of music in his career?? By the time Lucas has once again lost the plot and Anakin and Obi-Wan are swinging around on those towers, Williams is the only one keeping the emotional tenor of that sequence on track.
The prequel scores rule and he is a beautiful old man, luv him a lot

HOW ON EARTH DOES ONE PICK BETWEEN THREE MASTERPIECES? This is one poll I legitimately don't know how to make a choice.

What a 2005 Williams had - the truly epic majesty of Revenge of the Sith, the beauty of Memoirs of a Geisha, the tragedy and pain of Munich, the menace and terror of War of the Worlds. The first three of these comprise 3/5 of my 2005 Original Score lineup.
