I know! I want her to win the Oscar even though I don't think she gave the best supporting performance, but it's not like Zhao Shuzhen or any of the ladies from Parasite have a chance to win, they might not even be nominated, but surely there's other choices than Dern.

I mean it's still early, but it's So weird that she's sweeping this season. I get the televised awards just trying to predict the Oscars and the Oscars giving her a career award, but with the critics, it just doesn't make sense. I thought maybe her name might pop up a little bit, but I figured they'd spread the wealth a lot more.

Nothing against Nyong'o either because at least I think she deserves to sweep more than Dern, but with Moss, Woodard, and even Haenel, Johansson, and Place that critics would spread the wealth a bit more in this category too.

Also poor Johansson. I thought she was fantastic. Maybe not better than Driver or Nyong'o, but I can't imagine going with Dern in these awards over her, or sometimes over both Johansson and Driver.
