BEST FEMALE DIRECTOR:Alma Har'el, Honey Boy Greta Gerwig, Little Women Lorene Scafaria, Hustlers Lulu Wang, The Farewell Olivia Wilde, Booksmart I know that Marielle Heller wasn't the only female director left out, but I think she's certainly the most high profile one. I haven't seen Honey Boy or Little Women, but I would have included her before Scafaria whose directing was serviceable but not particularly noteworthy. Or even Olivia Wilde just because I thought including the dolls scene was such a poor, cliche choice.

Waiting for the critics body to give Anna Pniowksy (Light of My Life) a Breakthru Perf or ummm one of these "under 23" categories that I've never seen before.... Yeah 23 is such a weird age to pick. It reminds me of when I use to watch the Daytime Emmys when I was a kid, and how you'd have these really young kids that didn't do much besides being cute or precocious and maybe throwing a tantrum once in awhile being up against older actors that were going through stuff like being kidnapped by their stalker and having a six week story arc where they're held captive, or the gold digger whose secretly one of the established characters' daughters who wants to get revenge on her mom. Not that I want this group to add even more more categories, but it does seem like such an odd award.

Damn I gotta start watching some Daytime shows!

Margot Robbie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood (Jesus wept) Give the girl a break, she had a whole 8 lines to memorize. Very challenging material she was given.

Who are these people (to put it nicely) and why do they hate the two greatest actors alive? Daniel Day-Lewis and Mark Rylance weren't eligible for consideration.
