They seem to be reaaaaally dragging out the storyline but the style and atmosphere is intriguing and the characters are interesting.

I love it. Ian McShane cutting loose, Gillian Anderson being sexy and stealing every scene she's in, Orlando Jones and Cloris Leachman being awesome as hell in their brief scenes (thus far), Pablo Schreiber being a cut-rate Cassidy that is still nevertheless compelling, and now we got Crispin Glover? Fuckin' A.

It's grown on me since the lackluster premier. I find all the subplots more interesting than the main focus, but the ensemble is mostly strong and entertaining. Never know what to expect, except for penis, apparently.

I read it in college and I hardly remember anything about it, but from what I do recall, a lot of this does feel like Fuller is taking liberties, as he did with Hannibal.

I have read the book a few years ago. Liked it, thought I don't remember many details.
The Laura Moon story was way shorter (just a few pages or something), so was the Mad Sweeney story (one scene or something like that).
I enjoyed the first season. Great performances by Browning and McShane. Glover and Anderson fantastic in their small roles.
Really looking forward to this.
