They do this all the time when an actor becomes famous, and they decide to slap his / her face on a DVD for a film that he only has a small part in. Case in point - Eisenberg actually sued the producers for overselling his name on a film, that he only had a small part in.

My favorite though, is this bootleg Chinese DVD cover of The Phantom Menace.
