Here're a few different types of movies that are tear-jerking in different ways
The Straight Story (for distance, longing, past pain) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (for romantic regret) Himizu (for depression/hopelessness) Ordet (spiritual, even if you don't get into that though you'll probably still cry over how perfect the filmmaking is) Casablanca (obvious one, but yeah - for sacrifice)

I cried so hard with Toy Story 4, Coco and The Farewell. Like a baby, actually. Not a cool answer, but I cannot lie

I tear up for all the movies to the point that things don't really stick out to me anymore. That said, I do remember being absolutely wrecked by Coco.

I for one bawled at the ending of Lady Bird. I vaguely remember the ending, Brooklyn's ending is much better. I vaguely remember Brooklyn's ending, weird comparison.

Tyrannosaur -- Imagine that your hand is stuck in a blender, and no matter how hard you pull on your arm, you can't get it out. Now imagine your family, friends, peers, all watching you suffer but nobody bothers to help and you just have your hand swirling inside a fucking blender.
That's what this movie is like.

The Lovers (1994) - This is probably my go-to choice for films that had a big emotional impact on me. The ending is incredibly beautiful, poetic, overwhelming and devastating. One of the most unique and intense endings to a romance film I've ever seen. And the impact of that ending is so big, since most of the film is more of a romantic comedy than a drama.

I cried four times during Toy Story 4, cried really hard during Coco and Grave of the Fireflies, and cried for five minutes straight after The Shawshank Redemption ended.

I don't usually cry when watching a film but the most moving I can remember was the end credits scene in Schindler's List.

The Bridges of Madison County Pay it Forward A Streetcar Named Desire Imitation of Life (1959) Good mention on Imitation of life! But Kinda weird about Streetcar mention. I was literally sobbing at the end. Poor Blanche

Thank you for all your suggestions. I've seen most of the movies y'all mentioned but I'm gonna watch the rest.
Every time I try to talk about Toy Story 3 my eyes get watery. Everyone makes fun of me! A grown ass 31 old man bawling with Toy Story 3.
