In order of likelihood:
1. Little Women
2. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
3. Jojo Rabbit
4. Downton Abbey
5. Dolemite Is My Name
I know it's silly to say things like this when the awards season hasn't really even properly begun but I think Little Women is a lock to win this.
Other than that I have doubts about all of my other picks here. I think Judy can absolutely show up in this category as well as one of the Disney flicks. The Irishman has the big-ness factor to it (Sandy Powell recently told that De Niro had like a hundred costume changes in it) but it's not necessarily the type of work they recognize here.

why are we predicting Jojo Rabbit for every single tech...Well-made period piece. In this case, it has striking costumes. Sam Rockwell's final costume damn near deserves the win as it is. Yeah the costume design is damn near vital to the film, particularly Scarlett’s for obvious reasons. |
