#1 is obviously The Princess Bride, as I wind up quoting it on a daily basis. "I hate waiting" being my most used.
Metropolitan is one I want to include (I have found plenty of uses for it), but the hyper-literary style of speaking in that film is hard to work into conversations. That said, lines like "But I *am* allowed to use my mother's card, I use it all the time!" and "It looks like some girl's panties!" are things I have been able to say and the world is a worse place for it.

Not sure about ever, but Muriel's Wedding is often quoted in Australia. Whenever someone does something slightly bad, I say "You're Terrible Muriel".

"Baby, you got old."
"My motherfucker is so cool, when he goes to bed, sheep count him."
"I'll see you at the meet"
"Everybody needs money. That's why they call it money"
"She could talk her way out of a sunburn."
"You're going to spend the rest of your life with me, right now.
"Cute as a Chinese baby."
"Give him some money! Leave him some money! Don't let him go down there with nothin'! Give him some money!"
Mamet's Heist.

In my house it's Wes Andersons first three movies, but Rushmore especially.
Edit: Deadwood is the most quotable thing ever and deserves a special mention.

The Irishman is a litany of great lines I won't list them so as to not spoil the context but in about 3 weeks people will be quoting the dialog like crazy including but not limited to the name Tony, fish and the shades of meaning within the word "concern".....

I mean I think my two most oft-used movie quotes would be "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!" and "Buh-bye, dickhead" from Goodfellas, so I'll go with that.
Honourable mention to Pulp Fiction for Bruce Willis' majestic "FUCK FUCK FUCK MOTHERFUCKER" the rounder out of my top 3.

Heathers for me. I know all of those lines.
The Big Lebowski of course
and of all the classic films, Casablanca is very quotable.

"Oh Eleanor, you brought me my tombstone! You spoil me!"
"It's how I register despair."
"Of all the lies you've told, that one is the most terrible." "I know. That's why I saved it up till now."
"Henry, did you ever love me?" "No." "Good. That will make this a pleasure."
"Well, what shall we hang? The holly or each other?"
"I know. You know I know. I know you know I know."
"Hush dear, mother's fighting."

"By Grabthar's hammer... what a savings."
"I've dealt with this guy before. He's as stupid as he is ugly."
"It's the little things in life you treasure."
"Look, I have one job on this lousy ship. It's stupid, but I'm going to do it!"
"That was a hell of a thing."
"The animal turned inside out, and then it exploded."
"There's a red thingy moving towards the green thingy. I... I think we're the green thingy."
"They were termites, or dalmatians. I can't really remember now, I was kind of hungover."
And my response every time I encounter Sen's Fortress in Dark Souls: "I DON'T CARE! I'M NOT DOING IT! THIS EPISODE WAS BADLY WRITTEN!"

The Irishman is a litany of great lines I won't list them so as to not spoil the context but in about 3 weeks people will be quoting the dialog like crazy including but not limited to the name Tony, fish and the shades of meaning within the word "concern"..... So as this is now approaching the 3 week mark now and obviously many have seen it and this is 2019's the most quotable film (although the only so-so Knives Out gets some really great ones early on I must admit and OUATIH) any you guys liked ..........Total or Corn Flakes? One of the best lines in the film and one of the most chilling in retrospect really is an actual real life quote so I can't give Zaillian credit but damn if it doesn't work as a movie line and that I don't think most people know, Hoffa 's reaction to the Kennedy assassination - “Bobby Kennedy is just another lawyer now"...... That reminded me of how the poem "Solitude" is used to great effect in "Oldboy" ("Laugh and the world laughs with you, Weep and you weep alone") -real life and movies sort of clashing perfectly. Malcolm X's "we didn't land on Plymouth Rock" is like that too........you maybe don't know the quote until you see the movie. You see the movie you say it all the time.......
