I'd rank them like so: 1. The Virgin Suicides (Kirsten Dunst! ) 2. Jesus' Son (Samantha Morton! ) 3. Almost Famous

Haven't seen the other two but I was genuinely surprised by how much I liked Almost Famous, sits just outside my Top 100.

N/S Jesus Son. Almost famous for me. Funny, sad, entertaining with great directing and performances.

n/s Jesus Son either. I love the other two though. I would probably go with the Virgin Suicides if I had to choose.

Never heard of Jesus' Son, and haven't seen Virgin Suicides. AF is surprisingly terrific.

The virgin suicides and Jesus Son are from 1999.- I'm not a fan of Almost Famous.-
The 70s was an awful and painful decade, very difficult to translate now at days.- The 80s also was awful but much more bright and hopeful.-
I don't like the 70s with all these horrible outfits and hairstyle. The only films I like it, are the one based in other ages, in the past or the future, and a couple of Spielberg and Scorcese films and Harold and Maude.-

How have none of you seen Jesus' Son?! It's so good. he used to be so cute. He didn't age well especially when you you realize Tom and Brad are older.
