I think Campbell was the best dramatic actor, Hewitt the best comedian (see Heartbreakers), and SMG the best overall career if we include Buffy. It's very close to me, to the point where I can't choose a standout.

I liked Neve Campbell in the Scream movies. Didn't really watch Party of Five that much, so outside of the Scream franchise, I remember her in a lot of bombs. I just looked at IMDb, and forgot that she was in Wild Things and The Craft. I loved how trashtastic Wild Things was, but I thought she was the weakest link. She was okay in The Craft.
Jennifer Love Hewitt was also on Party of Five and then got a spin-off from that. She's not the best actress, but I have a soft spot for her ever since she was on Kids Incorporated. I thought was fine in I Know What You Did Last Summer franchise. Not really a fan because I thought both movies were pretty dumb, but I guess they could have been worse if another actress was the lead. I also liked her in Heartbreakers, and I respect her hustle of being so successful on television over the years.
I voted for SMG though because of Buffy. Outside of Buffy, I guess she's been okay. Not really a fan of Cruel Intentions, but she was fine in Scooby-Doo and Simply Irresistible. I wish she would have been able to do more things of note outside of Buffy, but unfortunately she seemed to be somewhat unlucky at picking projects to be in. Or maybe it was also a combination of the offers not being that great either.

I like Campbell a lot, but Gellar for Buffy alone; even her performance in Veronika Decides to Die is better than what I've seen from the other two in film.

It would have been interesting to see what that might have done for her film career.
