Just finished the first two episodes... not nearly as good as I played it up in my head, but it is sort of addicting. The first episode was pretty slow and rather mundane, but the second definitely picked it up a bunch.
I'm definitely gonna finish it, but I really do hope it picks up some more before the end.

The early reviews were so strong, and it really does look like very much my kind of thing, but most of the reactions since have been pretty meh, which has definitely tapered my excitement. Let us know how it goes

Up to episode 5. Episodes 3/4 pick up the action/tempo, but sadly it's also pretty repetitive. I mean in The Americans, they were also constantly under threat of being found out-- but at least there were other characters to fall back on. Here, it's 90% Cohen's show and everyone and everything around him is an afterthought.

Finished it. The last episode was very, very good... but they really did cram in way too much for 1 hour after spending the previous 5 hours doing so little. Once again, I do wish they spent more on the supporting cast once the inevitable happens (and no, that's not a spoiler... it's literally told to you in the first minute of the series).
I give the series as a whole a mild thumbs up... if the entirety was like the finale, I'd be praising the shit out of it but instead, I'm just saying it's solid.
This was something better suited for the Manhunt: The Unabomber treatment.
