Well, I've said often......... accents are usually 100% meaningless and people worry about them waaaaaaayyyyyyyy too much (as Meryl Streep said when she receives an accent compliment "it's like people saying you have nice feet" ie meaning they are likely missing the totality of performance etc.) But you maybe can say that only after the film has played out a bit ......when you say this before the film has been seen it sounds defensive and an attempt to proactively control the discussion. Let your film live in its own space......
