Since May 2013, which was when I ran a marathon. I stopped running/exercising altogether. Gained 50lbs over the 6 years. But I'm starting up again, a coupe two mile runs in the last couple of days. I figured out my 'MapMyRun' password after a half-hour of trying to figure it out and I found it, much to my disappointment and motivation - I found my logged runs from 2013. Motivation because of how fast I was going long stretches and disappointment in myself for not taking care of myself. Now, I'm just trying to get myself to be healthy then pick up training to get close to that. All this of course is just to feel healthy but goddamn it'll feel so good getting back to 16:30 5k's or anywhere near that.
Anyone else love running? Nothing better than a crisp fall-like run (since it's 55 in the mornings right now).
