Is this just gonna be default reply now on pup’s dissertations? Yeah, that'll be real effective. Don't you guys feel it's a little sad that poor Pac can't handle me on his own, as hard as he tries? Like he needs 4 or 5 of you guys to constantly run interference/protection for him against me just to even things up. I know I got Chuck on Team Pup, but it's not really a fair fight, is it. If every time that clip is posted it provokes a paragraph-long response then I think it’s at least slightly effective But really, don’t mind me. I’m just here for the memes and lulz

I’m just here for the memes and lulz Are you even reading the thread? My reply to the silly meme was one and a half lines. A throwaway response just mocking Pac .This is starting to become a pattern with me and you. You choosing to (deliberately?) misinterpret something situational to have a dig at me. You did it with the Tarantino/Blanchett post as well. Sorry I had to call you out on that by the way, but you were wrong for that too. The dissertation as you put it, was in response to a screenshot Pac posted of a post I made on this board three years ago about the Boseman/Hopkins Best Actor race. It had exactly nothing to do with the meme. I was inspired to write why I thought that my viewpoint as written at the time was justified, even though my prediction was incorrect. Usually I wouldn't bother explaining anything, but I felt like it today. Your lack of attention to detail is disappointing. But that tends to happen when you are in protection/running interference mode. Gang, Gang!

My guy, I fully understood the context of your Blanchett/Tarantino post, I was just amazed at how you managed to find a tweet that old with hardly any likes on a Twitter account that gets virtually no engagement. Where do you find these tweets? Are you actively doomscrolling on Twitter trying to find these old, obscure tweets? Do you have them saved in a folder? I need to know. Because if you had posted a tweet with 10k likes I wouldn’t have questioned a god damn thing no matter how old the tweet was

Type in Tarantino Blanchett in the search box, and tweets from that "feud" 8 years ago or whatever are literally some of the first things that come up, regardless of how many likes they have. Literally took me all of 5 seconds to find that Guardian article tweet. It's amazing to me that you are amazed. I thought everyone knew this. Do you not know how Twitter works? It's not some complex algorithm process that takes you hours to find something like that.It takes seconds.

I just did this exact search on twitter and I had to scroll through like 50 tweets before I found the one you posted here. Most of the tweets I scrolled past were posted after 2019 too. I won’t call you a liar because I know you don’t mean it LITERALLY literally took you 5 seconds to find it, but you are grossly exaggerating

A Variety Tweet from 2015 is the 7th tweet that shows up when I scroll down. I don't know what to say to you. You seem really invested in this being a complex thing thing to search for and find when it isn't. But 5 seconds isn't an exaggeration. Maybe 8 seconds

Like I said, the Guardian tweet is all the way down Idk what to say man but ig we can drop this now. I am satisfied with your responses

Alright, fair enough on the algorithm thing being different for everyone. But hopefully we can all agree that it's not that difficult or longwinded to find relevant tweets on Twitter (even ones that go back many years) as long as you put in the right search terms.

"I thought you were more open to having your opinion challenged" says the fuckwad who has called The Preacer's Wife and Man on Fire "classics" in a filmography, that AT MOST has 1 classic and not even that one actually........alrighty then.

I feel like Denzel is John Wayne and Clint Eastwood. Hes America's actor. Because of his large contigent of fans, theyll call everything hes done classics. You don't hear DICAPRIO fans claim This Boys Lifes, The Man in the Iron Mask, or Blood Diamond classics. Honestly. DiCaprio is not Denzel in terms of sheer seismic number of fans. In America that is, because hes probably bigger internetionally. No matter what his fanboys say, Denzel is the biggest actor in America rivalled only by John Wayne (dead) and Clint Eastwood (not as active anymore). And honestly I know its not popular here but I love his performance in Man On Fire. Hes probably my favorite of the year tho theres not much between him and Cruise/Giamatti. Would I call Man On Fire a classic in the sense of....Collateral? Maybe not but it's more like Public Enemies imo. A good movie but probably wouldn't the directors' best. My dad likes The Preachers Wife.

My gf likes Fallen .........I like He Got Game...........but they're not classics either..........on the other hand there's something in his filmography for everyone........what's interesting about Denzel Washington is to imagine him in films he didn't do and how his career might look different in a ifferent path..........like Se7en......no movie he's been in is a classic like Se7en.......he was suppose to do Se7en.........he could have easily played Se7en .........if I was a bigger fan of his little shit like that woul drive me crazy tbh..........or I'd think "Well he went his own way".........if you think the first thing it's a disappointing filmography..........if you think the 2nd thing - the filography is an afterthought really

sirchuck23 liked this post <------------- "You can always block me if you want. I really won't mind at all. If I ever start to think you have nothing of value or interest left to say"* If I block you how will I ever know about your next nervous breakdown / suicide attempt like those classic ones of 2008 (no Oscar nod), 2014 (Tony loss), 2017 (Oscar loss)? 4th times the charm buddy...... * I would never block anyone...........because I'm not a pussy .....how many people do you have blocked? Well there ya go...... * Which of the things I've said lately do you find most of value or interesting - that I just insinuated you are walking female sex organ or when I suggested someone should be having random intercourse with your immoral mother?

There's a movie called "The Holy Virgin Vs the Evil Dead" and I am immeasurably disappointed that it isn't an action comedy about a 9 month pregnant Virgin Mary killing zombies on Christmas Day

I just made a bad joke about hiding at a Where's Waldo convention, and now I'm thinking that would actually be really fun. I have officially become an old man.
