Never been a Malick fan, but this looks to be right up my alley. An intelligent movie about faith is always appreciated.First Reformed says Hi again!

It looks lovely and much more in line with early Malick than whatever he's been doing lately, but why did Fox Searchlight spend so much on it, though? Are they prepping a serious campaign?

Looks beautiful. Loved both Days of Heaven and The Tree of Life so I'm definitely looking forward.

I didn't even watch a Malick film since Tree of Life (not because that one was bad, it was okay actually, but because his works since then didn't interest me and word on them wasn't exactly well), but I'm really looking forward to this. The topic is up my alley and some shots and lines in this trailer already give me hope that Malick has executed this damn well.

Looks like any other Malick film. Fact that Greta Gerwig looks more interesting than Terrence Malick is telling, but I'm not watching either so this is the last of me talking of both.

Damn, one of the most beautiful cinematography I've seen this decade. My cinematography win is locked! Well, keep the key safe.

Damn, one of the most beautiful cinematography I've seen this decade. My cinematography win is locked! Yes, it’s aesthetically gorgeous. However, you would think that with finally getting your sole DP credit for a Malick film, you’d implement your own visual fingerprints. This is basically the same fish eye technique Chivo uses for a lot of his work (mostly with Malick). Widmer has collaborated with Lubezki on a number of occasions so clearly Chivo’s style has rubbed off on him and then some.
