Which director hailing from Oceania is your personal favorite?
Obviously Campion has the greatest achievement between them with The Piano, but I like Armstrong's filmography far more than Campion's excluding that one masterpiece. Hm...

I'll go with Campion. Haven't watched many films of these two but I prefer Campion. Mostly because of the Piano.

Which one is the "Kiwi"????? People from New Zealand are colloquially called "Kiwis" in English - sorry for the confusion.

I suppose if I'm being honest, Campion is the more accomplished of the two and achieved a level of acclaim and relevancy that Armstrong didn't. But my overwhelming sentimental value for Little Women secured my vote for Armstrong. My Brilliant Career is just icing on the cake.

Highly recommend both of those from Armstrong - excellent performances from Diane Keaton and Judy Davis, respectively.
