I left off the directors - Beatty, Eastwood, Redford, but you can add them or anyone else - Ed Harris and Joaquin Phoenix near the end with the "This Is BS" option
Also a couple questions - Do you think overdue based on nominations only or the whole career?
Can you be overdue for a 2nd or 3rd Oscar or is that ridiculous? (ie Hanks for example)
Choose 2!

Most of them are overdue, if we accept the term for first Oscar win. I voted for Fiennes (probably the best actor of those listed above imo) and Dafoe (mainly for his body of work). But Bening and Phoenix are also very good choices. Williams, Neeson, Harris, Jackson and Weaver could/should also have won once... A second (or even third) Oscar is no overdue, imo. Maybe it would be the fair thing to do in some occasions but not "overdue". Of course I'm talking about the whole careers of these people but sometimes we tend to think they are overdue because they have been nominated for so many times but never won. Actually, that's the first thing we're thinking: "5 nominations and no wins? They should award him already!!" I have a soft spot for actors or film makers with 4-5 nods who have never won...

Dafoe or Fiennes for the guys. McKellen/von Sydow/Depardieu if we're talking international legends who managed at least 1 nomination.
Imo Michelle Pfeiffer gave the best (or close to the best) female performance almost every year from 89 to 93 - The Fabulous Baker Boys, Frankie & Johnny, Batman Returns, The Age of Innocence... and terrific supporting turns in Dangerous Liaisons and (later) in White Oleander. So I'd pick her. Huppert and Ullmann internationally.
