Worst of the five tbh. Still not a bad song, but with a category as stacked as this, why choose that one?

Kinda boring results so far outside of The Fall in costumes (and it shoulda had production design and cinematography pretty easily too) tbh. Synecdoche shoulda taken editing handily.

I thought the costumes should have gone to HB2 (there are so many facinating robes on all the crowds!), but cinematography and production design absolutely should have gone to The Fall.

So long as WALL-E takes original.
Still a very worthy script.

Whoa ... a slightly surprising upset! Again, not my favorite of the year, but a more inspired choice than TDK, so I'll take it.

and here I thought I'd have to be complaining about TDK winning, but In Bruges is so much worse And Farrell?? Get outta here. Gleeson acted circles him. And Rourke, Penn and Hoffman acted circles around HIM. It should have been Rourke, no contest. He put his heart and soul into that movie. The few people that are voting in these past polls have really weird tastes.

Sooo... Mickey Rourke, who probably gave the best lead actor performance of the decade...... lost. That doesn't seem to make much sense.
