NFL - Cardinals NBA - Suns/Clippers NHL - Coyotes MLB - Diamondbacks BPL - Chelsea it's a hard knock life 'cept for the blues haha Who follows the Coyotes? Anyway, I only really follow 1 sport: hockey. GO HABS GO! Otherwise, NHL: Montreal Canadiens (Habs) NBA: Toronto Raptors MLB: Toronto Blue Jays (even though they're 1 of the reasons why MTL doesn't have a MLB team anymore) MLS: Montreal Impact

Soccer: Liverpool FC & Borussia Dortmund NHL: Edmonton Oilers I hate you. Oilers are gonna be a dynasty in not long. Here's hoping my team, the Habs, decide to pull an Oiler/Leaf move and tank for years! Maybe we'll get our McDavid/Matthews one day! (Can't believe how close we were to trading Subban to you guys for what likely would have been a nice return this past off-season. Instead, our GM got us Shea Weber who might be good right now, but is a HUGE step down from PK's potential. Then again, I don't know how the hell the Devils got Hall with ONLY Larsson coming back - I understand Larsson was needed for your D-corp, but that's ridiculous! Hall is an easy top-5 LW in the league, and EDM could have easily got an extra 1st in that trade, or another piece/prospect. Take a look at COL, they want to trade Duchene for a top-pairing D-man + a top-6 forward + 1st round pick, and Duchene is no Hall. That said, wanna trade RNH for someone on my team? )

My only issue with Weber is how much high level and physical hockey he already played.
19716 nhl regular season minutes played, 1481 playoff minute played. Olympics, World Championship, etc....
Weber is only 4 year's older than Subban, but a lot more hockey in is body, in the last game of last year playoff he was terrible, plain bad at the end of is rope.
He started really strong this year, but I fear that he will not be a playoff beast like Subban was.

Especially in their possession numbers, Subban is so much better at creating shot opportunities and preventing shots against. Along with the fact that he has an 8 million cap hit until he's 40, I think Montreal's in for a rough few years

One guy (Matt Pfeffer) in the Montreal advanced stat department probably did lost is job because of how much he was against that trade.

Can't believe PK and Hall were traded on the same day and not for each other Hall is my favourite player so I was pretty devastated with the trade, kind of still not over it as I have no desire to watch NJ games. At least if he went to Montreal, despite my hatred for them, he would've been on a relevant team! Not so sure about RNH, depends who you're willing to give up Considering RNH is a Center, and plays a more defensive game, he is worth a good amount (though, unfortunately, not as much as he was worth a few years ago). That said, I would trade Gallagher+ for him (the + could be a very good prospect - not named Sergachev, hehe - or a middle-6 center or a draft pick). Anyway, I'd love to have a player like RNH in my team, he doesn't get much respect for some reason... I know that there's some smoke going around Gallagher straight up for Eberle. I hope MTL doesn't do that just because it's not filling a need for MTL (MTL needs a top-6 center), and this could make Draisaitl go back to where he belongs, as a C!

He's usually solid, but last season's playoffs did not look good for him. At all. Subban on the other hand is a true playoff beast. Bad trade.

Along with the fact that he has an 8 million cap hit until he's 40, I think Montreal's in for a rough few years Absolutely. Subban is a playmaker, excellent with the puck, excellent to create chances, and move the game forward. Weber only knows how to shoot the puck real hard, and usually injures his own players because of it. His shot is predictable as hell, though it still scares people - so there's that! But yeah, the fact he plays till he's 40 is brutal for us. That said, if he decides to retire before his contract is up, Nashville is gonna get fucked so hard because of contract issues, and will have an enormous cap to pay because of it! Would be fun to see that happen! Obviously Subban was traded away because the management didn't like his personality, but they completely neglected the fact that Montrealers absolutely loved him - as a person and as a player. Not only that, he was a superb player, and did a lot for the sport, the team, the city, etc. A superstar. And the management thought to "give a message" by trading him away for Shea fucking Weber??? They could have gotten a little more out of it, IMO. And even then, that's not half as bad a trade as TOR trading Kessel away (along with retention) for fucking peanuts, and EDM trading Hall away for Larsson... As much of a Habs fan I am, I do really wanna see a Canadian team win the Stanley Cup. It's been far too long since one won, and I'm starting to think it has something to do with politics (USA brings more money), yadda yadda yadda. Anyway, there's a real bright future ahead for Toronto and Edmonton, regardless of how much brighter it would be had they got a little more out of their trades.

One guy (Matt Pfeffer) in the Montreal advanced stat department probably did lost is job because of how much he was against that trade. Yup. A real disgrace. At least the trade wasn't as disgusting as trading away one of the team's best players at the time (Cammalleri) in the middle of a game. Again, that was done by Montreal. Not a very classy management. They kind of get what they deserve. At least we still have Price. Yet, the fans are throwing shit his way because of a minor slump as of late. The guy only stole a bunch of games for over 2 years, and during a 1-month-slump, people are calling for him to be traded away, lol.

I'm a die-hard Yankees and Giants fan. Don't care nearly as much about the NBA or hockey, but the Celtics and Bruins are my teams.

Football and Basketball are my main sports.
NFL: Jets CFB: Oklahoma Sooners College Basketball: UCLA NBA: Knicks MLB: I guess my team are the Mets, but I'm honestly more of a casual baseball watcher. I only start to get interested in it during the postseason.

Savager Thoughts on the Knicks season so far? It's been a fucking roller coaster that's for sure. I'm amazed we're still in the playoff hunt tbh. Just 2 games from getting swept by the Cavs

Just 2 games from getting swept by the Cavs I can say the same thing about the Heat tbh. A month ago we were one of the worst teams in the entire NBA. All of a sudden we've conjured up a winning streak of 11 and a game behind the playoffs spot.

I personally think he ruined his legacy by not winning jack shit in damn near 20 years. True, but it's not really his fault his teams choked in the playoffs. He did his job by assembling a good enough team to get them there, against all odds. Biased Brad Pitt fanbot Anyway I don't know about Murican sports but Newcastle United in Soccerball.

Baseball: St. Louis Cardinals. I like the Royals too, but man, some of their fans are so odd. They're kind of annoying in a way where it's hard to explain unless you've been around a hoard of them lol.
Hockey: St. Louis Blues. I don't necessarily root for anyone else, but I do like the Ducks (I'm a Mighty Ducks fanboy), Panthers, and Lightning.
Football: Was a St. Louis Rams fan until they moved. Not really a fan of anyone else, really. Maybe my fantasy teams when I give a shit lol.
Basketball: I guess the Cavaliers, but that's because I love Lebron James as a player. I mainly root for players since I don't have any teams I like.
I don't follow soccer, but St. Louis is apparently trying hard to get a MLS team so that could be fun.
