I haven't seen much of the TV show, but Napier seemed like a total badass. I'll abstain until I've properly watched him kick the Joker's ass a few times.

I'll go with Gough here. I believe he was the closest to the comic books. My second choice would be Caine.

I grew up with Gough as my Alfred and he was perfect. Caine might have been given more depth to his character in the script, but Gough just embodied all of Alfred even when the script didn't call for it.
