From The Purple Rose of Cairo:
"I'm a genuine countess with a lot of dough, and if that's your wife she's a tub of guts."

Lesley Manville replies to a Liam Neeson question in Ordinary Love with the word "Same" and it tells you eeeeeverything about how she's feeling in that one syllable.

Gosling has one in Half Nelson. I think it's "Okay" or something... I forget off the top of my head. It's such a small, throwaway moment, and he makes so much out of it. That got me.

Can't find a clip but one of my favorite little moments in Close Encounters of the Third Kind is when Barry realizes the aliens are going to leave and he starts crying and says "Goodbye..." pretty much to himself. The nature of the aliens is still a bit of a mystery and that basically says it all about their kindness just before they finally emerge.

This is the way me and my brother say "Disappointed" whenever things don't work out......... Not a movie, but Kevin Sorbo's "Disappointed" > Kevin Kline's. (Just kidding of course. I'm sure he's not the first actor to read his directions instead of acting them out, but that story always cracks me up.) Also I forgot about this one, but Amazon Prime put together a big fan video because of his appearance on SNL tonight which reminded me.
